I have a g4 dual gig processor, and I am trying to hook up my 828 and get it running. But the firewire port never picks it up. It always says 'no firewire device connected.' I even bought a new cable and have downloaded the most recent drivers. I thought these were supposed to be easy to hook up, however I am a mac newbie. Thanks for any help!!
