directx wrapper

I have an old directx wrapper plugin qtools that was working fine on my new creation station when I first loaded it. Now when I engage the plug in it won't show up and I get an error. It says something about a directx wrapper wouldn't load or something to that nature. Is there anybody out there that can help me with this problem.

Can I ever run the plug in again or do I need to just delete it out of my plugins?
