Been a long time since I have fiddled with Outlook Express, but I use Outlook on three separate systems. Most of the files you need are stored in the Documents and Settings folder for your personal login, under the Application Data/Microsoft/Outlook folder AND under the Local Settings/Application Data/Microsoft/Outlook folder. Both of these may be hidden to your Explorer and you'll need to unhide them.

OR (if OE allows it) just Export everything under Outlook Express to a file and copy that file to your new PC.
