Cant hear sound on playback/record

I currently installed a Lexicon Alpha w/ Cubase LE software and when i record i can see the soundwave of what i'm playing but cant hear sound (while rec or thru playback) thru my computer speakers. Any help would be great.

Guitar >line 1 Lex. Alpha> Lex. Alpha (usb) to PC> to powered comp. speakers

Your speakers will need to be plugged into the Alpha. it seemed from your post that you had them in the computer's soundcard. Bear in mind that the Alpha IS your soundcard, at least as far as Cubase is concerned.

Suggestion:
On the track you are recording on make sure on Cubase when you are playing back your recording that you have that "speaker" looking icon turned off (NOT yellow)
