I am soliciting opinions on:

1) Studio Power Amp for small home studio - Mac ProTools 6.4 thru Yamaha O1V, monitoring Yam 10NMs & JBLs. Currently using a very old Crown D150

2) If you had to mix a project entirely on headphones, what would you use.

Hi Joel,

1) I use a Samson Studio 260. Not the greatest amp but it does the job (driving older Tannoy Reveals).

2) Beyer-Dynamic DT-990s. Others in the Beyer camp may disagree and suggest DT-880s but, to my ears, DT-990s sound exceptionally like my Tannoys (imaging and all!).

Try AKG K240 S. They've been an established studio standard for over 25 years, and for a good reason they are still in production.
