motu 2408 mk3 problem

Hello
I'm Motu's 2408 mk3 user.
I have been using this product for 1,5 years and I just got this problem lately.
When I turn on it, 10 or 15 seconds later all lights on Bank A, Bank B and Bank C are on
and off 8 times.
I think this might be an error code and that's why I write in here.
Could you please give any information about this or similar problems.

I have never heard of this problem before. We don't have records of this type of error. I would suggest the following:

1. Uninstall and reinstall the latest drivers, available at MOTU's website.
2. Reseat the PCI card.
3. Check your Audiowire cable, and try a different one, if possible.
4. Call Tech Support to set up a repair.
