why so much spam?

Just curious, this site seems to get so much spam posts, more then any i hang out at. So strange. Any reason why that is? But I guess if I need a link for viagra, or to quite smoking, This is the all in one stop forum huh..:o

I think we have some people using a bot or script to create accounts and then post them here.

If you see something, hit the report post button and just type spam in the comment box. Our admins will remove them as quickly as possible.

We get hard pretty much all the time. I patrol regularly to remove spam as soon as it appears, but lately, I've had some computer issues that have kept me from being able to log in, so for the past three or four days it's gone mostly unchecked.

Don't worry, though. The Spam Cop is back on duty, and I'll be deleting spam as I find it. Please use the "report this post" feature if you beat me to it. That fires off an email to me to let me know there's a problem.

Now if you'll excuse me, I have to go count my winnings from the Nigerian lottery...
