can a soft synth program "Talk" to a sequencer like DP3?

Hi'

I cant seem to get any of my soft synth programs; such as Absynth, and Unity DS-1 to talk with DP3, you know, so that I can record into the sequencer and futs with.

?

I would much appreciate any info.

If by "talk", you mean route the softsynth's outputs into separate audio channels in Digital Performer, then yes they can "talk" to each other. The procedure is a little different for setting up DP for use with Bithead products and with Native Instrument products. Without getting into detail, it's in Chapter 82(Virtual Instruments) of your Digital Performer Manual
