I understand that it's a brand new product, but does anyone know if the phantom power for external mics on the Zoom H4 is 48V?
The description says you can connect the (phantom power) microphone of your choice, but that doesn't say very much.
Thanks

From what I have read, the H4 will supply 48v phantom power.
How much battery runtime, you will have when running phantom, is still unknown.

From what I understand the H4 can provide either 24v or 48v. This seems to be switchable thru the menu functions.
What I am trying to find out is at 48v how long will the batteries last? Can I use lithium batteries?
Also it says you can use a 2GB card... but if you have the 2.0 series you can use a 4GB or higher card. How do I know what series I have?
