Korg D3200 vs Korg D32XD

Hi, can anyone tell me the difference between the Korg D3200 recording workstation and the D32XD Digital Recorder, other than the huge price discrepancy and the 'moving faders'? Thanks, Johnny

Well ,for one,the 3200 doesn't seem to have the 32XD 8 channels of analog compression.

Am I correct in assuming that the 32XD is being phased out? I don't see it on Korgs website.
