YEs the Delta 1010 will work with any of steinbergs products any interface that uses ASIO drivers will work with Nuendo the latest version of Nuendo is 3.2

Sound interfaces don't hook into specific recording programs.

The drivers for the interfaces hook into the Operating System through things like ASIO or WDM or MME (go to wikipedia.org if you need to find out what those are.....)

Then the recording program talks to them....
