Backing up DP files to CD-R

I just finished my first project with Digital Performer last evening.

I want to back up all of my clients audio files onto CD R so I can free up some space on my hard drive.

Does anyone know how to back up DP files to CD R using Toast or Jam? (I read Toast is better.)

I do relatively small projects and just drag my project folder into toast. If the project is small enough to fit on the CDR, just tell tast to burn the CD and you are done.
