I run a piano lab at a university. Our keyboards are hooked up to Dell's running Windows XP. The systems are fairly well locked down but I have to allow the students access to sndvol32.exe (the built-in windows volume control tool) so they can change volumes. When they logoff, the next student will get these same volume settings. I'd like to be able to either reset at logon time or create a small tool that will allow the students to easily reset sound levels. Has anyone out there done something similar to this? Thanks.
