"stereo jack for bass"

what's the best bass stereo jack to buy?
it's an ibanez five string bass

what do you need a stereo jack for? going into multiple amps? other setup? it would be helpful to know what you have in your rig before making suggestions.

thanx for posting..i'm not the bassman but he had problems with the jack before where the connection was slack inside which was making the sound dissapear.It's happening again but he was wondering if that's not the problem when it is checked what could be or if that's the problem what stereo output jack should he buy...he has a MTD 5 string bass

have you tried contacting MTD basses directly? it might just need to be re-soldered. I'd call Mike at MTD. he's a super nice guy and would be best to direct you. otherwise, call me at my extension for further needs

by the way jon, i own the korg triton and am thinking of selling, i'll love to get my hands on the extreme but can't afford it ...by any chance u can hook me up on a used triton extreme for around 1200.00 i saw one on the trading post for the said price but got no response from the owner and that's almost a week now. I'll like to make my bass man feel happy..he loves the sounds
