Quick Deleting of K2000/K2500 Banks
10/24/1997

Today's TTOTD is courtesy of Sweetwater's Chief Soundware Engineer, Daniel Fisher.

"Here's a Kurzweil K2000/K2500 tip that's useful when you're trying to Delete several Banks (but not all Banks). Load "Blank" files into each Bank you want to Delete. You can create a BLANK.KRZ by saving an empty bank to your hard drive and naming it BLANK.KRZ.

Load this BLANK file (using Overwrite) into a Bank you want erased. You can then load BLANK into another Bank (and so on) until you've cleaned out the desired Banks. Finally, load whatever files you want in the empty Banks."

Thanks Dan!
