FAQ: When is the best time to make a tech support call?

Typically, Monday is a very busy day for tech support departments - in many cases, people who developed gear problems over the weekend will call on Monday. So a Monday is probably not when you will get the fastest response to your questions of problem.

In general, mornings are better than afternoons and evenings. Keep in mind the time zone of the place where the tech support department is located.
