Retrieving Deleted MIDI Regions in Logic Pro 7.2
03/30/2007

Accidentally deleted a MIDI Region in a Logic Pro project? Just like all Mac functions, you can use the Undo feature to get it back. Select Edit > Undo or use the standard Mac Undo feature (Command-Z).

But even if you have made a number of other edits, it's not too late to retrieve a MIDI Region. That's because all deleted Regions end up in the Trash. The Open Trash key command opens the otherwise invisible Trash folder. You can then transfer the Regions to the Clipboard (Copy or Cut) and add them back into your song (Paste). Even slicker, just drag the region out of the Trash and back into the Arrange Window.

Our Customers Say...

I can talk to my Sales Engineer about any piece of equipment, and he always steers me in the right direction. He truly knows what he's talking about, and he never tries to over-sell me on anything. If he worked in the Nashville area, I'd probably owe him about 20 dinners by now!
