More On Syncing Live Performance With Sequencers

Our faithful inSync reader George L. responded to our TTOTD on synchronizing a sequencer to a live band (TTOTD archive 3/12/98) by proposing that one use Cakewalk's program "In Concert." While this may not work for everyone, it is a unique piece of software that can dynamically follow the performance of a keyboard player. So, not only does it follow the tempo, but it can follow one around the arrangement of a song as well. If you choose to skip a verse, for example, it can follow along. Gee, where was this product when the lead singer for my band was always getting lost? Thanks George.
