Making audio CD's with CDRW media.
03/05/2002

"Can I write to CD ReWritable media using my CD-RW drive in Jam?"

Assuming you have a current version that supports your drive the answer is yes. However we don't recommend it. Although creating audio CDs using CD-RW media is possible, it isn't very useful in most situations. The reason is because CD-RW media can generally only be read by CD ROM drives equipped with special "multi-read" lasers or DVD players. Most consumer audio CD players (home stereo, car stereo, and portables) are not equipped with these "multi-read" lasers and cannot "see" CD-RW discs. Recently some CD players (particularly car audio players) have started using multi-read lasers so if your intentions are to play the discs on one of these you should be fine.
