Q: Are there any differences among the versions of Pro Tools LE that are included with the different Mboxes or the 003?

A: No. The exact same version of Pro Tools LE is included with each LE-compatible interface from Digidesign. However, each interface has different capabilities - for example, the Mbox 2 Micro has no audio inputs - which the software will be limited by or support.
