Cool Tool: Gooseneck-free Pop Protection!

Pop filters mounted to goosenecks are awesome because you can position the filter wherever you like. The caveat is that getting the gooseneck to bend into exactly the position you want can occasionally be a challenge.

If you've struggled using gooseneck-mounted pop filters with your side-address microphones, then check out the WindTech PopGard 2000! This innovative pop filter uses elastic bands to mount the pop filter directly to the microphone itself. It works with most side-address mics from 1.8" to 2.7" in diameter.
