RMA
"Return merchandise authorization." This is a confirmation from a manufacturer, service center, or retailer that it is okay to send in a product for service or return. The RMA is necessary to document the product and what needs to be done with it — without an RMA, a product may arrive "unannounced" or may get lost in the daily shuffle. Always contact the company before sending in a product for service or return.
