The best processors for audio production We spent hours evaluating CPUs to determine which processors would perform reliably on Windows audio applications. For the Creation Station Tower, we chose the Intel Core 2 Quad to provide speed and reliability.

Quality Seagate hard drives for performance and reliability Your recording projects require a hard drive that gives you quiet, reliable service. The Seagate SATA drives in the Tower can effortlessly handle the demands of audio recording.

Audio-grade RAM for error-free performance You can rest assured you've got dependable audio-grade RAM onboard for reliable performance. We use Lifetime memory for maximum dependability. Unlike many generic memory manufacturers, Lifetime tests every single chip on every single board.

Reliable and blissfully quiet power supply If you're serious about creating perfect audio, the right power supply is essential. For the Creation Station Tower, we chose a beefy Antec power supply to handle the demands of drives, cards, and future expansion.

CPU cooling system and fans You need quiet performance for studio situations, but don't want to risk overheating. The Zalman CPU cooler, in conjunction with two quiet case fans, provide optimal heat-transfer efficiency.

Sweetwater-exclusive Auralex Sheetblok-Plus Every measure has been taken to make your Creation Station as quiet as possible, without impeding airflow. That includes the strategic placement of Auralex Sheetblok-Plus coating to help keep mechanical vibrations from translating into noise.

Maximum internal airflow Keeping your system well ventilated will keep fan use down, thus helping to keep it quiet. We've routed and bundled internal cables to keep air paths clear.

AcoustiFeet: noise-free from top to bottom! Each Creation Station is outfitted with AcoustiFeet, which are made from a special soft silicone that makes an excellent vibration damper and shock absorber.
