Bob Mondok
Bob Mondok
I began my career at Sweetwater in June 1998. Before that, I attended Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea, Ohio, earning a bachelor of arts degree in music. While in college, I ran the college recording studio, electronic music studio, and music technology lab. During summer break of my sophomore year, I attended the Recording Workshop in Chillicothe, Ohio, and earned certificates in the Music Recording and Production program, Studio Maintenance program, and the Advanced Recording program. Since joining Sweetwater, I have worked hard to build upon my knowledge of music technology. I have been trained at the Mackie facilities in Washington and the Roland facilities in California; and I have obtained certifications from Avid, Focusrite, Apogee, Allen & Heath, JBL, Dangerous Audio, and many others at the Sweetwater training facilities. But my time spent with clients has been my greatest learning experience. From live sound systems for churches, schools, weekend bands, and national touring bands to recording systems for the home enthusiast, up-and-coming producers and songwriters, or world-renowned stars to building labs and unique audio applications for schools and various government and private entities, it is through my work with clients that I learn what the gear can do and what works best to solve my customers’ problems.
As your personal contact here at Sweetwater, please let me know anytime I can offer help or advice.

Why did you first apply for a job at Sweetwater?
While working in the electronic music lab and recording studio in college, they decided to add a technology lab, and Sweetwater won the bid to supply the equipment. I was very impressed with their aptitude and knowledge as well as the support the school received after the sale.

My sales rep is Bob Mondok, who has been wonderful to work with since day one of buying from Sweetwater, which I have been for years. Another reason I go back, is because of the customer service I receive. Today I had Chris, and he was patient, and took care of each issue I had. I cannot recommend dealing with Sweetwater enough.

Bob Mondok is a valuable resource not only for my personal music needs, but also my church and school district. He is the reason I continue to use Sweetwater for all my personal, school and church equipment purchases. Bob goes above and beyond to ensure that Sallisaw Schools, Bethel Bapstist Church and myself get the best gear at the best prices. He is very knowledgable. I truly appreciate his expert and professional advice. What's more, he always follows through to make sure every purchase arrives and is in working order. Bob helps to set Sweetwater apart from all the other online music stores. I am proud to say that he is a personal Sales Engineer for Sallisaw Schools, Bethel Baptist Church and myself.

I have never before experienced such a phenomenal level of customer service. Bob Mondok went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I ordered a scarlet audio interface and expected the typical confirmation email of my order and then to receive the audio interface on the day of delivery. However, I received much more than that. I received the order confirmation, then a personal phone call, and then a personal email. They will also help if you have any questions regarding setup or anything else. The little bag of candy I received with the order just "sweetened" the deal as well. This level of customer service will definitely keep me coming back to Sweetwater. Thank you for taking good care of your customers!
