We know how important your investment is and understand the value of a quick repair time and quality service. Our Factory authorized service technicians can repair just about everything we sell and usually turn gear around in less than a week. Here is just another way we deliver "The Sweetwater Difference".

Here's How it Works:

After you submit your request, one of our technicians will contact you within one business day to complete the process and issue you a Repair Authorization (RA) number. Often your unit won't actually need to be repaired at Sweetwater, and our techs may be able to walk you through minor issues and save you time and money.

If your unit does need to be repaired, we'll take it from there. We'll confirm your request with you on the phone and await the arrival of your gear. It's that simple! If you wish to contact our Service Department directly, you may do so by calling 800-222-4700 extension 6400.
