The new Electronic Software Delivery (ESD) system puts iZotope on the leading edge of providing customers with eco-friendly, on-demand service. The electronic system allows Sweetwater to automate server-to-server digital serial number fulfillment and cuts the time needed to complete orders.
iZotope has experienced expansion over the past few years which has led to changes in their product fulfillment needs. This new system provides a stable platform for Sweetwater to better serve their end customers.
